To celebrate the holiday this year we took the kids to the see the Fleet of military ships that come into Portland. I was a long wait and not much of a tour so I am not sure if we will ever do it again. But it helped us think about our troops and the service they provide for us to have our freedom. I loved going to the cemetary and seeing all the hundreds of thousands of flags on each grave represting those who have died fighting for our country. Enjoy some pictures from our day!

That looks like so much fun. There is a battleship in Mobile that we pass on the way home. I have always wanted to stop and visit it. Maybe this year is our year!
