Well in the past years we have gone back and forth from an artificial tree to a real tree. I have never been able to get over how much more beautiful a full live tree is, so this year we decided to get a real one. It is Oregon of all states. I had talked to Brandon about a U-Cut farm and was set on cutting our own down. You get to pick your own, the kids have fun and Brandon gets to a little muddy..hehe
Brandon was not a big fan, so I entertained the drive to several places where the trees were already cut for us, but looking around they all were over priced and shaved down like crazy, they had no shape. Finally Brandon was in agreement with the U-Cut idea, especially after getting to a farm and seeing all the awesome trees we got to choose from. Here are some pictures from our adventure out for the perfect Christmas tree.

So beautiful. I want a real tree next year too!
That tree would cost $100 in California
It does look pretty, unlike the u-cuts around here. They are all dried up and ugly!
I wanted to do that this year, but Dave refused - now I'm jealous - Its gorgeous!!!
