We spent our weekend in Rockaway Beach, OR at Grandma & Grandpa Ards beach house. There were many activities going on that we participated in. They had a parade where the kids got oodles of candy and then we did some Geo Caching with the GPS. In other words we went on a treasure hunt and found about 4 out of 5. Then at dusk went down on the beach and waited for the fireworks. It was really nice to just get away and have a relaxing weekend with family.

That sounds fun! Maybe next year we'll have to try the Fourth (or the "Thirth" as Sam calls it) at the beach too!
